Responsibilities
- Record accounts of purchases, sales, expenses, receipts, general journals.
- Submit various tax forms of the Revenue Department such as P.N.D. 1, 3, 53, P.P. 30, etc.
- Submit fund contribution form of the Social Security Office such as SSO 1-10, etc.
- Reconcile bank transactions and reconcile debtors – creditors.
- Prepare monthly purchase and sales tax reports.
- Close annual financial statements, ready to submit financial statements
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or higher in accounting.
- Have 1 year or more experience in accounting (new graduates are welcome)
- Able to work analytically and give reasons in explaining well.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office computers and having knowledge and understanding of Express programs.
- Have good English language skills, able to communicate.
- Possessing an accountant certificate (S.B.C. 5 or S.B.C. 10) will receive special consideration.
